Guaranteed pension benefits
Some defined contribution pensions offer guarantees about how much money you'll get when you retire. These benefits, also known as guaranteed pension benefits or safeguarded benefits, may include a guaranteed annuity rate or a minimum level of income. This is different from the guaranteed income provided by a defined benefit pension.
