On 6 January 2021, Mark Steward told an evidence session held by the Work and Pensions Committee that the FCA prosecutes the perpetrators of some investment scams for fraud, rather than under Section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
For each of the calendar years 2015 to 2020 inclusive, how many such cases resulted in the FCA (i) pursuing prosecutions and (ii) securing convictions, for fraud?
