On 11 September 2020 the Financial Conduct Authority and Bank of England issued a joint open letter to the Treasury Committee containing a claim that, 'As part of the consultation process, from the outset we have proactively sought input from users of the scheme as well as consumer organisations.'
Please clarify how many users of the scheme and how many consumer organisations the FCA proactively sought input from, and how they were selected.
