Freedom of Information: Right to know request:
- The number of mortgage terms of 35 years or more approved in 2021 (1 January to 31 December) and as much data as you have so far for 2022 with monthly breakdown, as well as a breakdown by the age of the borrower if this information is available i.e. [number] mortgage terms of 35 years or more approved for [age] year olds in January 2022 etc.
- A monthly breakdown of the number of mortgages approved in 2021 (1 January to 31 December) and as much data as you have so far for 2022 by the mortgage term length i.e. % that are 10 years, % that are 25 years etc., as well as a breakdown by the age of the borrower if this information is available.
- A monthly breakdown of the number of mortgages approved per LTV band in 2021 (1 January to 31 December) and as much data as you have so far for 2022. Breakdown by the % of LTV i.e. 90% mortgage, 50% mortgage etc., as well as a breakdown by the age of the borrower if this information is available.
