A list of companies with the limitation to secondary broking under consumer credit on the FCA public register (Consumer Credit Firms).

We can confirm that we hold the requested information, which is set out in the attached Annex B.
Please note the firms listed in the attached document were authorised as at 12 December 2023 with permission to carry out credit broking with the following limitation:
Limited to secondary broking: The firm is limited to credit broking as a supplier of goods or services (other than a domestic premises supplier) carried on for the purposes of, or in connection with, the sale of goods or supply of services by the firm to a customer (who need not be the borrower under the credit agreement or the hirer under the consumer hire agreement) and, unless the firm is a not-for profit body, under which the obligation of the borrower to repay is not secured, and is not to be secured, by a legal mortgage on land.
Some of these firms may have had additional limitations on their permission to carry out credit broking.
