For question 1, the information on the number of equity release / lifetime mortgage plans sold by month in 2022 can be found in the below table. The data for Q1 2023 will not be available until May 2023.

However, we are prohibited from disclosing the information on the number of sales per member firm or region to you in questions 2 and 3, as it constitutes ‘confidential information’ for the purposes of section 348 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA), which the FCA has received in the discharge of its public functions.
