As of 29 November 2024, 29 applications applying for SDR labels are currently under review (around 52% of our applications). The breakdown of the labels is as follows:

Please note, applications are received at scheme level so, they can relate to more than one fund if the scheme is constituted as an umbrella scheme, hence why the numbers attributed to the labels are greater than the number of applications.

_{Having reviewed your request, we estimate that responding to question 2 in full would exceed the cost limit allowed under FOIA and therefore the exemption under section 12 (Cost of compliance exceeds appropriate limit) applies. For more information on why this exemption applies, please see Annex A below.}

_{When we refuse a request because it exceeds the cost limit, it is our policy to provide you with advice and assistance on how you can refine or limit your request so that it is more likely to fall within the cost limit. In this instance, we could consider a refined request limited to information pertaining to the number of applications for questions 1 to 3 and the number of notifications for questions 4 and 5.}
