Please note that this survey was issued as an online survey. Whilst we cannot provide a link to this survey, we have provided a PDF that includes the full list of questions, and a full list of the
potential follow-up questions.
The PDF does not reflect how the questions were asked on the online platform. Most firms, especially 88% of firms that are small firms, will likely only be asked a much smaller number of questions, as the follow-up questions selection is dependent on answers entered by the firms to previous questions. Each firm was provided with the attached PDF to help them navigate and prepare answers offline.
