I am seeking information on the most common first names of CF30s. I believe the FCA does collect this data https://landmark-phase.live/privacy/personal-data-and-enforcement%C2%A0%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
Clarification recv'd:
I would like to amend the request to option 'c' to relate the 50 most common first names of SMFs.
FCA response:
We advised on 21 April 2021, that the Approved Persons Regime (APER), of which the CF30 role is a part, has been replaced by the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) and the new Senior Management Functions (SMF). Which means the number of individuals now holding the CF30 function will be small.
Please see the table below for a list of of the 50 most common first names for all SMF functions.
The below table sets out the top 50 first names for all SMF holders along with the number of SMFs with that first name:
