For the two periods 1 Jan 2025 to 31 March 2025 and 1 Jan 2026 to 31 March 2026, could you please tell me:
1. The number of lenders that have used MAAs?
2. The number of MAA remortgage sales broken down by interest rate type.
3. The number of MAA remortgage sales broken down by external and internal remortgages.
4. The average (median) LTV of these mortgages broken down by external and internal remortgages.
5. The average (median) loan amount of these mortgages broken down by external and internal remortgages.
6. The average (median) initial gross interest rate of these mortgages broken down by external and internal remortgages.
7. The total number of regulated mortgage sales in each period.
8. How many mortgage approvals for house purchase have been made in (a) total and (b) to first-time buyers in every calendar month between January 2025 and March 2026?
