We are unable to provide information you have requested because we do not hold a record of current enforcement cases broken down by the primary issues you have specified. The enforcement data that we published for 2023/24[1] and 2024/25[2] was not categorised in this way. We instead reported data relating to our enforcement portfolio at an operation level, and against our strategic commitments.

To categorise our enforcement data under the terms you have provided would be tantamount to creating new information, something under FOIA that we are not required to do.
