Information on open FCA enforcement cases

Freedom of Information: Right to know request:

I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

- The number of open FCA cases;

- The number of active investigations into individuals; and

- The number of active investigations into companies.

If there is a further breakdown of statistics into whether the individuals are senior managers or not that would be great.
