- How many application have you received in each month that are allocated to both your standard and non-routine processes;
- How many applications do you process in a month for both standard and non-routine applications;
- How many applications sit in your standard and non-routine queues per month for both types;
- What is the average time for processing both sets of applications over the 18 month period;
