In April 2019 it became the FCA's responsibility to regulate the claims management sector.
I would like to know:
1. How many claims management companies (CMCs) applied for temporary regulatory permissions?
2. How many CMCs have been denied full regulatory authorisation?
3. How many CMCs are now operating in the market with full regulatory authorisation? How many are still in the application process?
