- How many whistleblowing reports/notifications did the FCA receive?
- How many of these reports/notifications led to investigations?
- How many of these reports/notifications resulted in no further action?
- Please breakdown the nature of the notifications (FCA internal categories - such as conduct and culture/systems & controls/etc)?
- How many reports were about whistleblowing champions?
- How many whistleblowing champions are under investigation?
- How many FTE work in the FCA whistleblowing team?
(Please consider that FCA has provided information requested at 5,6,7 in past FOI requests)
