1) The number of residential mortgage customers who took out two-year fixed-rate mortgage deals during the 2024 calendar year.
2) Any data held on how many of these two-year fixed-rate mortgage deals are due to mature or be refinanced during 2026.
3) If held, any breakdowns by:
first-time buyers and home movers;
owner-occupiers and buy-to-let borrowers; and/or
internal product transfers versus external remortgages.
