Freedom of Information: Right to know request:
With reference to the ongoing thematic review of retirement income advice (referenced on your website here: https://landmark-phase.live/news/news-stories/thematic-review-retirement-income-advice%3Cspan class="print-footnote">[1]). I wish to request a copy of any questionnaire sent to firms as part of the review. To be clear, I wish to see the questionnaire and any template response sent out by the FCA, NOT the responses / returns submitted by firms which I assume would be commercially sensitive.
If more than one type of questionnaire and template was sent out, please provide a copy of each one, subject to remaining within the cost limit for FOI Act responses.
The timeframe this request relates to is 1 January 2023 to 1 August 2023.
