The response period for our Transparency Discussion Paper closed on 26 April 2013 and we received 52 responses.
We said we would publish non-confidential responses so we are putting these on our website for interested parties to review. We received 11 anonymous responses which are not published.

We are currently reviewing the responses and in June 2013 we will publish a Feedback Statement that summarises the key messages from them and our response.
At the same time, we intend to publish the FCA Transparency Framework, which will set out how we will appraise and evaluate our transparency initiatives.
And later in the year we will publish an update about our transparency work which will say what progress we have made and what the next steps in this work are.
