Here we provide an update on our follow-up to last October’s consultation (FSA CP12/25) on proposed changes to enhance the effectiveness of the Listing Regime.
This consultation[1] closed on 2 January 2013. We originally stated our intention to publish our feedback in the spring of this year.
We received a large number of responses, and we have been continuing to discuss with our stakeholders a range of the proposals on which we consulted. This is an important and complex area and we are committed to working with stakeholders to achieve an appropriate outcome. This means that we have not been able to publish our feedback as we had planned. We expect to be able to do so later in the summer.
