In the light of consultation responses and subject to FCA Board approval at the end of June 2013, we plan to publish a Policy Statement, including feedback on those responses and final rules shortly thereafter. Certain fee-payers have been invoiced from March 2013 for ‘on-account’ payments and other firms will be invoiced from July 2013 onwards, on the basis of the new fees and levies.
