Once a quarter, we consult on proposed miscellaneous amendments to our Handbook. These tend to be minor changes but we still want to get your feedback on our proposals.

What are we consulting on this quarter
We are proposing to make changes to:
- SUP 16, to update the Gabriel validation rule and FCA guidance on form FSA056 (capital adequacy for APIs) for element 32B (own funds requirement), and
- our existing supervisory principles in SUP 1A.3.2G, to replace those principles with the supervisory principles detailed in Chapter 2 of our Approach to Supervision
