Once a quarter, we consult on proposed miscellaneous amendments to our Handbook. These tend to be minor changes but we still want to get your feedback on our proposals.

What we are consulting on this quarter

We are proposing to:

make corrections and clarifications to MIFIDPRU 7 and SUP 16
introduce a post-trade transparency deferral for exchange traded fund (ETF) transactions executed at net asset value (NAV)
clarify the scope of the ban on offering retail clients incentives to invest in high-risk investments
